The house is newly renovated, very clean, very near, NOT cluttered. The beds were VERY comfortable. The house is secluded, you only see 1, maybe 2 neighbors. It was great to let the kids play in the backyard while we hung out on the porch. We also walked quite a bit around the property and surrounding roads. Instructions to find, get in, and leave were very details and easy to follow.

We went to Ruidoso/Alto for the weekend to celebrate multiple family birthdays. Other family members stayed at properties that were difficult for them to get into or had very odd layouts, but my immediate family absolutely loved this house!! So many homes in the area are multi level and are difficult for older family members to get in and out of. This house is a wonderful single level home (just a couple steps into the front door), and it also has a great driveway that is very easy to get in and out of. The host sent messages leading up to the stay with great information about the property and very helpful directions that made getting to the property very easy! We definitely want to stay here for future visits!

This rental was truly peaceful. Easy access to town but on three acres with a great view, our family had room to roam and relax. The house was very clean and well kept. Misty was exceptionally responsive to the few questions we had leading up to and during our stay. Check out was a breeze. I could not rate this higher!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The house is actually much larger than the pictures show – plenty of room! The beds were incredibly comfortable. My kids loved the foozeball table in the back. The backyard view were gorgeous (wish we would have gotten more snow while we were there) – we have a family of deer that came through every morning we were there. The host was more than accommodating! Thanks so much for agreat stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures of the cabin are great but in person much better. The deer were grazing every morning while we were there. Very clean and many amenities. There were 8 of us 1 a toddler and one a 19 month old. We all enjoyed the cabin and the games supplied. 5 stars all the way. Do recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and newly decorated in the southwest style which is perfect for the area! The bedding is amazing(love the sheets)and the home is well appointed. The house is off the road enough so it isn’t noisy and we saw three big elk out back and a couple of wild horses grazed in the yard several times as we had drinks on the patio out front. There is also a nice deck with a table and chairs and games out back so you can always find a cool spot front or back yard. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay at this home again!

We had a lovely vacation! The house was very up to date and clean. Very nicely decorated and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. My kids loved the Foosball and the Monopoly game. We saw several deer families and even a pair of wild horses playing in the snow right in the backyard!
